 LEADS | Establishment of a National Network of University Correspondents

The LEADS project was presented during a series of regional meetings initiated by the National Commission for the Transition to the Fourth-Generation University (CNTU4.0) and the National Erasmus+ Office (NEO), dedicated to international openness in Algerian higher education.

The meetings brought together Vice-Rectors in charge of External Relations and were held on 11 October 2026 at the University of Aïn Témouchent for the Western region, 13 October at the University of Médéa for the Central region, and 15 October at the University of Sétif for the Eastern region.

These meetings provided an opportunity to establish the LEADS National Network of University Correspondents, which will facilitate coordination between participating institutions and support the local implementation of the project's results.

The correspondents will soon receive the educational resources and certification tools developed through LEADS, helping universities integrate these resources into their local activities and extend the project's impact nationwide.

Connecting universities, sharing resources and sustaining the results of LEADS across Algeria.

LEADS | Mise en place du réseau national des correspondants universitaires

Le projet LEADS a été présenté lors d'une série de regroupements régionaux initiés par la Commission nationale de suivi et d'accompagnement des établissements d'enseignement supérieur pour la transition vers l'université de quatrième génération (CNTU4.0) et le Bureau national Erasmus+ (NEO), consacrés à l'ouverture à l'international de l'enseignement supérieur algérien.

Ces rencontres, réunissant les vice-recteurs chargés des relations extérieures, se sont déroulées le 11 octobre 2026 à l'Université de Aïn Témouchent pour la région Ouest, le 13 octobre à l'Université de Médéa pour la région Centre et le 15 octobre à l'Université de Sétif pour la région Est.

Ces regroupements ont permis de mettre en place le réseau national des correspondants universitaires LEADS, destiné à renforcer la coordination entre les établissements partenaires et à favoriser l'appropriation locale des résultats du projet.

Les correspondants recevront prochainement les ressources pédagogiques et les outils de certification développés dans le cadre de LEADS afin d'en faciliter l'exploitation et la mise en œuvre au sein de leurs établissements respectifs.

Relier les universités, partager les ressources et assurer la pérennité des résultats de LEADS à l'échelle nationale.

LEADS | إنشاء الشبكة الوطنية للمراسلين الجامعيين

تم تقديم مشروع LEADS خلال سلسلة من اللقاءات الجهوية التي بادرت إلى تنظيمها اللجنة الوطنية لمتابعة ومرافقة مؤسسات التعليم العالي للانتقال إلى جامعة من الجيل الرابع (CNTU4.0) بالتعاون مع المكتب الوطني لبرنامج Erasmus+ (NEO)، والتي خُصصت لموضوع الانفتاح على المستوى الدولي في التعليم العالي الجزائري.

وقد جمعت هذه اللقاءات نواب مديري الجامعات المكلفين بالعلاقات الخارجية، حيث انعقد لقاء المنطقة الغربية يوم 11 أكتوبر 2026 بجامعة عين تموشنت، ولقاء المنطقة الوسطى يوم 13 أكتوبر بجامعة المدية، ولقاء المنطقة الشرقية يوم 15 أكتوبر بجامعة سطيف.

وقد أتاحت هذه اللقاءات إنشاء الشبكة الوطنية للمراسلين الجامعيين لمشروع LEADS، بهدف تعزيز التنسيق بين المؤسسات الجامعية وتسهيل الاستغلال المحلي لنتائج المشروع.

وسيتلقى المراسلون قريبًا الموارد التعليمية والأدوات الخاصة بالتصديق على الكفاءات التي تم تطويرها في إطار المشروع، بما يسمح بتوظيفها وتطبيقها على مستوى مؤسساتهم الجامعية وتوسيع أثر المشروع على المستوى الوطني.

ربط الجامعات، وتبادل الموارد، وضمان استدامة نتائج مشروع LEADS عبر مختلف مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية.

LEADS - Entrepreneurial Skills Team Meeting – Blida

The Entrepreneurial Skills team of the Erasmus+ LEADS project is meeting in Blida for a dedicated working session focused on advancing the project’s entrepreneurship component.

A new step towards embedding entrepreneurial skills within Algerian higher education and contributing to the LEADS national certification framework.

L’équipe Entrepreneurial Skills du projet Erasmus+ LEADS se réunit à Blida pour une session de travail consacrée à l’avancement du volet entrepreneuriat du projet.

Ce regroupement réunit les partenaires autour de la revue et de la finalisation des cours, activités pédagogiques, banques de questions et tests de certification des compétences entrepreneuriales, tout en renforçant l’approche par compétences.

Une nouvelle étape vers l’intégration des compétences entrepreneuriales dans l’enseignement supérieur algérien et la mise en œuvre du dispositif national de certification porté par LEADS.

The meeting brings together project partners to review and finalise the entrepreneurial skills courses, learning activities, question banks and certification tests, while strengthening the alignment of the training with competency-based learning.

 اجتماع فريق المهارات المقاولاتية – البليدة | LEADS

في البليدة في إطار لقاء عمل مخصص لتطوير محورريادة الأعمال يجتمع فريق المهارات المقاولاتية لمشروع  ERASMUS+ - LEADS.

ويجمع هذا اللقاء شركاء المشروع لمراجعة واستكمال الدروس والأنشطة البيداغوجية وبنوك الأسئلة واختبارات تصديق الكفاءات المقاولاتية، مع تعزيز اعتماد المقاربة القائمة على الكفاءات.

محطة جديدة نحو إدماج الكفاءات المقاولاتية في التعليم العالي الجزائري والمساهمة في تنفيذ منظومة التصديق الوطنية التي يدعمها مشروع  ERASMUS+ LEADS.

LEADS | Digital Skills Team Meeting – University of Annaba

From 29 September to 1 October 2026, the Digital Skills team of the Erasmus+ LEADS project is meeting in Annaba, Algeria.

This three-day working meeting focuses on reviewing and finalising the digital skills courses, question banks and certification tests, while strengthening coordination among the project partners.

Du 29 septembre au 1er octobre 2026, l’équipe Digital du projet Erasmus+ LEADS se réunit à Annaba.

Ce regroupement de trois jours est consacré à la revue et à la finalisation des cours, des banques de questions et des tests de certification des compétences numériques, ainsi qu’au renforcement de la coordination entre les partenaires du projet.

Une nouvelle étape importante vers la mise en œuvre du dispositif LEADS de certification des compétences linguistiques, entrepreneuriales et numériques dans l’enseignement supérieur algérien.

LEADS | English Team Meeting – Sidi Bel Abbès
 From 22 to 24 September 2026, the English team of the Erasmus+ LEADS project is meeting at the University of Sidi Bel Abbès. Three days of intensive collaborative work dedicated to finalising learning materials and question banks and preparing the certification of English language skills. 🤝 Working together to move LEADS forward and strengthen the certification of linguistic, entrepreneurial and digital skills in Algerian higher education.

Du 22 au 24 septembre 2026, l’équipe English du projet Erasmus+ LEADS se réunit à l’Université de Sidi Bel Abbès.

Trois jours de travail collaboratif consacrés à la finalisation des contenus pédagogiques et des banques de questions, ainsi qu’à la préparation de la certification des compétences en anglais.

🤝 Une étape importante pour faire avancer le projet LEADS et contribuer au développement de la certification des compétences linguistiques, entrepreneuriales et numériques dans l’enseignement supérieur algérien.

من 22 إلى 24 سبتمبر 2026، يجتمع فريق اللغة الإنجليزية لمشروع Erasmus+ LEADS بـ جامعة سيدي بلعباس.

ثلاثة أيام من العمل الجماعي المكثف لاستكمال المحتويات البيداغوجية وبنوك الأسئلة، والتحضير لتصديق الكفاءات في اللغة الإنجليزية.

🤝 محطة مهمة لدفع مشروع LEADS قدماً والمساهمة في تطوير منظومة تصديق الكفاءات اللغوية والمقاولاتية والرقمية في التعليم العالي الجزائري.
